I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a spacious and beautifully furnished budget double room.

The wholesome breakfast, accompanied by pleasant music, was a delightful start to the day. Reception workers were polite and helpful, ensuring a nice and clean stay.

The continental breakfast was as exciting as watching paint dry, but at least the staff was friendly. Too bad the room resembled a crime scene with stained carpets and broken lights. A mediocre stay overall.

The shower was colder than my ex's heart and trying to reach the hotel by phone was like trying to contact aliens from outer space.
